Bo Byram has had quite a week. The 21-year-old defenseman was out in the streets today celebrating his recent Stanley Cup win with his Avalanche teammates when he almost got kicked out of his own parade! While Bo was (responsibly) crushing drinks with fans at the barricade, a cop came over and tried to push him into the crowd. A fair thought as Bo looks like a lot of the fans out celebrating, so it took some convincing for the cop to believe he was really on the team.
Bo wasn’t too offended by it, he’s a sweet kid like that. Not to mention, he’s been drunk since Sunday. Don’t think anything is really gonna grind his gears right now.
