Hawks Trade Hagel To Tampa And I Am Heartbroken

I am distraught. My sweet Bagel boy, my man, my angel – Brandon Hagel has gone to the Tampa Bay Lightning. My arch nemesis.

The Hawks got a lot back in this trade at least:

I like Taylor Raddysh, he played with Strome and DeBrincat in their Erie Otters days. He spent the past 3 seasons in the AHL before making his NHL debut this year. So far this season he played in 53 games with 12 points (5G 7A). They also picked up Boris Katchouk, a 23-year-old winger with 38 games played in the league so far. He’s got 6 points (2G 4A). I haven’t seen much of him so I can’t comment too much but I sure as shit would have liked to keep Brandon Hagel.

He was my favorite, hands down. He scrapped, he scored, he had sick flow. He stole my heart the night he fought Patrik Laine, the bane of my existence, and he has held it ever since. Now I am scorned. It had to be Tampa, couldn’t have been any of the other 31 NHL teams, had to be the enemy. I am still in shock. Now it seems like Kane may be on the move next and that I cannot handle. The trade deadline is heating up and I am bloody terrified to see how it goes.
