Goalie Vitek Vancek of the Washington Capitals gave a lil kiss and thank you to his goal posts after they stopped a shot from Buffalo’s Taylor Hall. Goalies are filled with so much unbridled rage yet so much innocence, it’s astounding. I feel like they operate on “One must thank the posts to stay on the Hockey God’s Good Side”. Vancek isn’t the only oalie to do it.
