A little positivity and hope on this cold Friday night.
Cammi Granato, true pioneer of women’s hockey, is helping grow the game even further. Granato is teaming up with Flip Give to help 21 US girls stay in the game with a $500 grant, $300 equipment package donated by the NHL, NHLPA, and Pure Hockey, as well as a bonus for the girl’s coach. Granato has been one of the best pioneers for women’s hockey. In “As Fast As Her“, Kendall Coyne Schofield touched on just how important Cammi was for girls’ hockey back then and she continues to help improve the game to this day. Without Cammi’s generosity, some young girls might have been forced to give up hockey this year. The game doesn’t grow without people like Cammi Granato.
