I updated you the other day on some of the PWHPA players that were coming back for season two and today we got a few more! Now, we still don’t know what city each player will be in because try-outs aren’t even scheduled yet, but we can at least assemble some line up with the players we know so far.
Sydney Brodt – 22, forward
This will be Sydney Brodt‘s first season with the PWHPA. She’s coming off a career season with the University of Minneota-Duluth. In her senior season, she put up 41 points (19G 22A) in 36 games.
Katie Burt – 23, goalie
Katie Burt is coming back for her 2nd season with the PWHPA. She was with the Boston Pride back during the 2018-2019 season. She started 16 games and recorded a 2.26 GAA and .920 Save Percentage.
Hanna Bunton – 25, forward
This is also Hanna Bunton‘s second season in the PWHPA. Before that, she was playing over in China for the Vanke Rays. In her final season there, she put up 26 points (10G 16A) in 28 games.
Victoria Bach – 23, forward
Victoria Bach is another returning PWHPA member. I remember Bach from the Chicago Dream Gap Tour and she really blew me away, I’m really happy she’s coming back. Before the PWHPA, she played with the Markham Thunder in the CWHL and put up 32 points (19G 13A) in 26 games.
So far the PWHPA has announced 10 players but I’m still wondering about some of the bigger names we have yet to see back. There are plenty more to come so stay tuned.
