Last week I suggested you check out Hannibal on Amazon Prime.
Now, I’ve got another show for you. This time it’s a Netflix Original called BoJack Horseman.
It’s an animated show following ex-sitcom star BoJack Horseman and his life years after fame. He deals with being a washed-up star in his mansion in the Hollywood Hills but often gets himself into different schemes at the expense of those around him.
The show has a colorful cast of characters. With Todd, BoJack’s “roommate”, or Princess Carolyn, BoJack’s agent/ex-girlfriend, the storylines are diverse and emotional while still not taking things too seriously.
BoJack Horseman has 6 seasons in total, about 12 episodes per season, and I’m only on the beginning of season four now. The show gets introspective, it makes you think about the world today and that’s what I love about it.
If you’re looking for a show that going to make you laugh your ass off, pass the time, and maybe question what the hell you’re doing with your life, watch BoJack.
