As Matthews Chases 50 Goals, Teammates Grow Mustache in Support

As Auston Matthews chases 50 goals this season, some of his teammates are growing mustaches to support their goals leader. Matthews has 46 goals in 68 games played.

The one to really start the trend (besides Auston) was Jack Campbell.

Kasperi Kapanen joined the effort as well.

The Maple Leafs aren’t the only ones growing some mustaches for Matthews.

Currently, the Leafs are losing to the Anaheim Ducks, 0-2 which is a rough look for them. Matthews hasn’t scored in 2 games but I’m sure he’ll get there within 6 games. If I could grow a mustache, I would in solidarity.
